They will usually charge more for this kind of editing as this requires a lot of time. After all, time is money for this profession. In modern world, the film is developed on DVD and Blu-ray. Digital download is also possible but as these old school methods are permanent, so they are mostly used. Photographers transfer their work in photo albums just as they were delivered three decades ago because people are used to that kind of developing.
